Tuesday, 22 July 2014 15:38Triathlete Akhil Viz competed in the 2014 Cotswold 113 with the objective of completing the race in less than four and a half hours. The cycling and swimming of the competition proved to be little trouble for Viz. However, when Viz began the running portion, that is when the triathlon proved to be a challenge.
This difficulty level was there since Viz had to adjust his biomechanics to running as opposed to cycling or swimming. Viz was almost worn out towards the end, but he was still able to accomplish his goal by finishing with the impressive time of 4 hours and 29 minutes.
